Bookings found to be in breach of these terms will be cancelled and refunded in full. ----- Due to insurance restrictions, Mercia AI is currently unable to offer services to clients based in the United States or Canada. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours before a session, or you don’t show up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will apply. If your payment method does not allow for a cancellation fee to be applied (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay), you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. By placing a booking, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of using this site. Any personal information shared during sessions is handled securely and in accordance with UK GDPR. Mercia AI does not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is securely processed via trusted platforms such as Wix.
