You’ll leave with a clearer view of where AI can help, where it should be used carefully, and what to prioritise next. This is ideal for: Small business owners, freelancers, solo operators and teams who want to use AI responsibly and effectively, but are unsure where to start. Format: • 90-minute online session via Zoom or Teams • Pre-session questionnaire • One-to-one discussion tailored to your business • Practical recommendations after the session What we’ll cover: • Your current business goals, workflows and challenges • Where AI could save time, reduce friction or improve decision-making • Which AI tools may be useful for your situation • Key risks around accuracy, privacy, quality and over-reliance • A practical next-step action plan for AI adoption Deliverables: • AI Readiness Report summarising findings and recommendations • AI tool recommendations tailored to your business • Follow-up email support for 1 week Pricing: • £120 for a 90-minute session • Optional 30-minute follow-up session: £60
Cancellation, Privacy & Insurance
Sector Restrictions: Due to contractual obligations, Mercia AI cannot provide services to: --Any organisation in the Education sector, regardless of country --Businesses that supply, support, or compete with educational institutions --Affiliates, suppliers, or customers of such organisations If you’re unsure whether your organisation falls into one of these categories, please contact us before booking. Bookings found to be in breach of these terms will be cancelled and refunded in full. ----- Due to insurance restrictions, Mercia AI is currently unable to offer services to clients based in the United States or Canada. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours before a session, or you don’t show up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will apply. If your payment method does not allow for a cancellation fee to be applied (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay), you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. By placing a booking, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of using this site. Any personal information shared during sessions is handled securely and in accordance with UK GDPR. Mercia AI does not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is securely processed via trusted platforms such as Wix.
