It’s Hot Out There — Here’s What’s Cooking at Mercia AI

It’s hot. It’s roasting. Climate change is real — or at least it feels that way here at Mercia AI HQ. I hope you’re all staying hydrated and keeping a healthy supply of ice cubes on standby.

Lately, I’ve been looking at how to optimise my free time and free up some ‘bandwidth’ for Mercia AI. To that end, I’ve invested in an AI-powered social media tool that should save me precious time when promoting services, blogs, and events. I guess I’m practising what I preach — using AI to save time.

That’s allowed me to carve out time for some “other stuff.”

One is [REACTED] — a web application I’ve been building under the Mercia AI umbrella. It’ll launch with a spoonful of AI at first… but much more to follow.

After that comes [REACTED]. Let’s just say AI agents will be playing a key role, and yes, this too will be released under Mercia AI.

But let’s get to today’s updates. Before I melt.

This new category explores how AI can genuinely improve everyday life — not just for tech-heads or CEOs, but for regular people like you and me.

New Tag: Learning with Mercia AI

Alongside it, I’ve launched a new blog tag: Learning with Mercia AI. This will appear on all future blogs and guides focused on helping people use AI responsibly, effectively, and in ways that align with Mercia AI’s mission.

New Guide: Planning Your Holiday with AI

To kick things off, a practical look at how to use AI to help plan your next trip. It includes a free downloadable PDF: the Holiday Prompt Guide, featuring ready-made prompts for explorers, relaxers, and family travellers.

It’s the first of many guides and resources I’ll be creating to help people make smarter use of AI in real life.

Community Update

Some of you may remember I mentioned I was working on “community features” a while back. Things went quiet (blame the heat), but I’m back on track and aiming to release something next weekend.
